Sankey Prasad joined Colliers India as Managing Director in September 2019 following Colliers’ acquisition of a controlling interest in Synergy, India's leading project management services company, of which Sankey was founder and Chairman. Synergy is now merged with Colliers International in India.
He is responsible for leading the client strategy and growth for the India market. Colliers’ combined operations in India now have more than 1400 professionals operating from 16 offices, providing investment sales, lease brokerage, valuations, workplace consultancy, design services and property and project management to domestic and international investors, occupiers and developers of real estate.
With over 35 years of real estate experience, Sankey is a highly respected industry leader and has helped to create high-performing teams that delivered some of the most complex and challenging projects for investors, developers and occupiers of real estate.
A qualified civil engineer, Sankey has won numerous accolades, both in India and internationally, for his contribution to the real estate sector, including “Most Promising Entrepreneur India 2016” by the Economic Times among others.

Piyush is responsible for developing Capital Markets Business in India.
Piyush is leading the Client acquisition, developing institutional relationships with Indian and Global Funds, Sovereign Funds, Banks, NBFCs, AIFs for Capital Markets Business
With close to 19 years of experience, Piyush is an industry veteran with proven expertise in real estate investments, asset management and exit strategy, deployment and business development. With experience of investing of US$ 2 billion, Piyush is leading Colliers’ Capital Markets business in India and strengthen the market position of the organization with a clear focus on servicing our clients across the spectrum.
My extensive experience across the Real Estate and Financial Services Industry gives me an access, earned over years of building trust and relationships, to the leadership who matter and influence decisions in the industry.
I have directly handled complex Investor exits of Investors like JP Morgan, Apollo Global and Blackstone from a Company I was associated with, which gives me the experience and insights of handling complicated and long drawn transactions involving extensive negotiations and knowledge of matters around these.
I consider myself an expert in helping Developers in Fund raising across products like Debt, Structures and Equity and in the same light share excellent relationship with Lenders and Funds, who are happy to rely on me and my team's experience in bringing in appropriate deals to them. I have an excellent track record in asset dispositions and would consider myself as one of the experts in this space cutting across Core, Brownfield and Greenfield developments. Me and my team's experience in handling land dispositions including outright sales, JV's/JDA's and DM structures is also very extensive.

Having in expertise in managing the lease negotiations, lease structuring & closure on their behalf.
He has expertise in planning, undertaking demand assessment studies and transactional services including marketing strategies based on technical real estate market analysis and has successfully managed leasing and sales assignments for leading corporations, including Nokia,Philips, Mitel, Mavenir Pega, Novartis, Amazon ,United Health Group, Oracle, Accenture, Cognizant Technology, HP, Tieto, Lenovo, NCR, NTT Data, Motorola, Ernst & Young to name a few.
Shaju Thomas leads the office service business in Chennai, India. His primary focus is on growing market share in the commercial and industrial brokerage business. He is a strong advocate of putting his customer first and multiple client feedback stand testimony to the same. He works with his team to acquire new businesses through proactive client engagement and superior service delivery. Being passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, running training sessions for his teams is regular on his calendar.
His core objective is to ensure his clients are enabled to make intelligent and well informed decisions pertaining to thier real estate strategies. With his varied portfolio covering facilities management, real estate marketing, leasing, acquisition & divestment, renegotiation and investment sales, he provides complete end-to-end support to his clients. Animesh works as the Director & Head of office services business for Colliers International in Pune. Animesh manages a 13 member team and is responsible for leading the office and industrial space business in Pune.
His current responsibilities include, providing end-to-end real estate solutions to corporate clients. His position entails assessing client’s requirements, identifying solutions, negotiating financial and lease terms and providing market Intelligence along with working in a lead role to service the real estate requirements of key clients. His role also includes participation in large business pitches including business development. He understands the international standards followed by global clients in his experience to service clients. He has also been exposed to the local market and has proved competent in winning local businesses and successfully closing local deals.
Animesh has lead and successfully transacted over 3 million sq. ft. of prime office space for corporate occupiers across various asset classes and has structured various transactions for lease acquisitions, renegotiations, asset dispositions, sub-leasing etc. Prior to joining Colliers International, Animesh has a work experience of over 10 years working with Jones Lang LaSalle, NAI Global and Vulcan Group. Animesh has diverse experience in the real estate field with key focus on commercial markets and has also been involved in industrial and investment transactions in Pune.

As the Chief Operating Officer for Project Management Services, India, he has the overall responsibility for the technology, policies, systems and procedures in India. He also leads the Health and Safety as well as the Quality verticals across all projects.
His success in the workplace is a result of his strong passion and ability to lead and motivate the team to go beyond their perceived capabilities, through providing strategic vision and engaging them to always look at the bigger picture.
A seasoned Project Management professional, Indranil Basu has over 23 years of diverse real estate experience in delivering complex and acclaimed projects in India and abroad. He provides leadership and strategic guidance on various aspects of development management across all asset classes. Indranil Basu is a highly meticulous, disciplined and passionate professional with strong emphasis on developing innovative business strategies.
As the Head of Southern India Project Management and design business, Indranil Basu leads a team of competent and seasoned professionals. He has a proven delivery track record and first-hand knowledge of the entire real estate business. His expertise lies in bringing maximum value for his Clients through innovation in product positioning and technology, and integrating international standards, thereby augmenting operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Taha Ansari is a highly experienced professional with close to three decades of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Based in North India currently, he is leading and managing all aspects of the Project Management Service Line in North & East India including financial planning, profitability, client relationship and new business.
Prior to starting at Colliers, he was a shareholding Director in Synergy and delivered projects in North India, Middle East and East Africa, across diverse asset classes.
His expertise is in Project Management and he has helped clients in delivering award-winning projects. He has delivered marquee projects, such as Select Citywalk (New Delhi), Medicity Hospital (Gurugram), Medanta Awadh (Lucknow), Pullman Hotel now “Le Meridien” (Gurugram), The Verandas – a Luxury Apartment, Vision City (Kigali) with many other projects across the region.
Prior to Synergy, he had worked for TCG Developments India, where he was leading a team of Engineers, Architects & Planners to lead projects, like Manor Hotel (Delhi), First India Place (Gurugram) and also offered support in driving growth.
Prior to TCG, he has experience of 8 years in KSA with Haji Al Shammari Construction and successfully delivered Residential Projects, Bungalows, Naval Officers Quarters and Naval Base Office.
Anil Dwivedi is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 29 years of experience in India. Anil has managed complete life cycle of project management and construction management across all asset classes from start to finish. Over the three decade in real estate industry has led the team from front and delivered more than 30 million sqft in sectors such as residential, commercial/IT , hotels , institutions , retail , mix use developments , ware housing and industrial projects.
As a Director Mid- India Project Management is responsible for profitability and buisness growth in region. He is also responsible to build team and mentor to deliver the projects on agreed time and cost with maintaining proper quality and safety standards.
Arnab Ghosh is a highly experienced real estate professional with over two decade of experience in the industry. Arnab has extensive exposure in managing various aspects of project development including design, cost and construction management across various asset classes. Over the last decade he had led various teams to deliver more than 10 million sft of fitted out spaces for corporate clients across India. Senior Associate Director
Bharat has been with Colliers International since Sep 2018 when he joined as the Senior Associate Director – Project Management of the India business and is responsible for managing the fit-out assignments under Occupier services. He has been responsible for successfully leading and growing PM fit out vertical of NCR. His areas of expertise include business leadership & development, design review and management, sustainability review, project planning & setting up, team development and orientation.
In his short tenure, Bharat has added new fit-out projects in NCR like Microsoft, Amazon, Marks & Spencer accounts where he is also leading the account management and client engagement as a part of Collier’s strategic goal program.
He brings focus on building further on existing relationships, growing organizational knowledge and further improving Colliers’ brand image in the Indian market.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Bharat used to work with C&W as a Regional Manager (2009-2017). Prior joining Colliers, he has worked with Gourmet Investment Private Limited as General Manager – Design & Projects and played an instrumental role in creating inhouse Design & Projects team to deliver new pedigree F&B brands – ‘The Project Series’, ‘Typhoon Shelter’ and top 10 international brand called ‘Ministry of crabs.’ Through his career, he has built his experience through developing excellence in managing variety of scale of fit out projects across various sectors such as warehousing, Retail (Luxury, Apparel, Multiplex, Food court and F&B global brands), Automobile & Commercial Interiors. An architect with Masters degree in Urban Design, Jayant Vaitha has over 30 years of extesive experience in Design and Architecture of several large-scale projects in India and abroad.
