Total take-up of office space during the year exceeded 170,000 sqm, remaining below the results achieved in 2017, a record year at nearly 220,000 sqm. Nevertheless, the total volume for 2018 was well above the average of the last five years, which was around 144,800 sqm. Analysis of take-up by zone confirms interest in the office zone of Greater Eur, both on a yearly basis as well as with regard to the last quarter. Indeed, the Greater Eur zone has recorded the largest take-up volume for the third consecutive year. This area accounts for about 48% of the quarterly volume and 35% of the total annual area, followed by the Centre, which in 2018 recorded 23% of the annual take-up volume.
