2008 - 2011 Concentra SPA: Analyst with responsibility: set up for a real estate development Fund, managing the activities connected to the relations with the consultants (technical, legal, financial), and to the new potential investors.
2007 - 2008 DTZ: Valuer with responsibility for evaluating different real estate assets, with special focus on development investments. Valuation took places all over Italy, and consist in different aspect: technical, economical and normative (legal and administrative).
2005 - 2007 Aedes Servizi: junior asset manager development Junior Asset Manager in the “Asset Management Development” Business Unit with responsibility for evaluating new investments and managing the development process of the projects owned by SPVs of Aedes Group.
