Katsuji has worked with clients in most industries including technology, medical and financial services.
Dick has been active in architecture, construction and project management for the last 14 years. He has led design and fit-out of numerous local and global companies. He is a highly motivated, efficient, practical senior director who possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and has a good depth of experience in multiple industries. He both bilingual in native Japanese and English has a wealth of experience on complex projects. Project work includes the relocation of GSK HQ office, Amazon and i-Robot office relocations. Before joining Colliers International, was senior project manager effectively leading and training young project managers.
Head of Japan Capital Markets
Hideki is the head of Capital Markets team (CM) in Japan and responsible for coordinating all major mandates and client strategies associated with investing in Japan. He ensures to provide the best resources for innovative solution and invesment strategies in real estate market in Japan. His mandates include helping Japanese capital to invest outside Japan, utilizing Colliers' strong global network.
Mari joined Colliers International Japan as Senior Director, Research - Asia in July 2018. She is responsible for driving a more integrated, client-centric, and forward-looking research approach for the benefit of clients and Colliers professionals for her coverage related to Japanese property markets. Previously, Mari served as senior analyst at Morningstar, Moody's Investor Services, Citigtoup Global Markets, and Merrill Lynch.
After four years in statutory tax auditing , Mari has over 18 years of research experience – in equity/credit analysis and strategic research covering Japanese banks and property sectors as both buy-side and sell-side research analyst for global institutional investors. She has worked in California and Tokyo and fully bilingual in English and Japanese.
