Deniss Kairans is a Partner and Managing Director at Colliers International in Latvia who joined the company in 2005. Deniss is responsibile for managing a Colliers team in Latvia and is taking a leading role in Colliers pan Baltic business platform.
Over 15 year presence in the Baltics, Colliers has proved its leading positions in various commercial real estate service lines such as Reasearch&Advisory, Capital Markets, Brokerage and Valuations.

Working in the field for more than 15 years Janis has gained extensive practical experience in real estate valuation through being involved in various projects evaluating numerous residential, commercial and development properties and servicing clients both from the public and private sector. Prior to Colliers International he was heading the Latvian branch office of another international real estate company. He started out in the industry in 2002 as appraiser’s assistant in smaller local companies, later became and took the position of certified valuer. In 2009 he was hired by DTZ Sweden for almost 2 years to work on a pan-Baltic project doing valuations of various, mostly large scale distressed assets in Swedbank restructuring and recovery unit’s portfolio.

Jevgenija started her professional career in real estate within the street retail sector, promoting new brands and re-negotiating new lease terms with existing clients. In 2017 she successfully closed the biggest retail premises sales deal over the past 5 years for Hesburger with the deal value was over EUR 1 mln. Further on, she has turned her focus on the shopping centres and started a collaboration with major SC owners in Riga. Jevgenija, being a member of Colliers EMEA retail team, actively works on new brand attraction to the Baltic market and regularly takes part in the leading retail event in Europe. Jevgenija also participated in the recent MAPIC event, representing the Baltic retail market. Furthermore, she developed the new concept for Stockmann and helped them to involve new tenants.
Currently Jevgenija coordinates the leasing and development process of SĀGA Lifestyle shopping centre, which will be commissioned in fall 2020.

After few years with personal projects in May 2010 I started to work in real-estate market. For more than 4 years I worked in local real-estate company and in September 2014 I made challenging decision aimed to my professional growth and started working for Colliers International. My main field in Colliers is Industrial & logistics projects and land.
Working in the real estate and finance industry for more than 9 years. While working in the industry Toms, has gained wide spectrum of knowledge and extensive practical experience. Have been involved in development of numberless commercial, industrial and residential project business plans, as well has directed implementation of the largest real estate portfolio revaluation process in country. Currently working with research and advisory projects within all real estate sectors - feasibility studies, concept development projects and market research reporting.
