LETA and TVNET – to relocate their headquarters to Origo One business center

Latvian information agency LETA and Internet portal TVNET team, which together employ more than 200 people, this summer will move to Class A office building Origo One developed by Linstow Center Management. Colliers Office team is the exclusive representative for office space lease on behalf of Origo One business center and we are very pleased that such strong and popular brands will be among the lessees of Origo One.

TVNET board member Zane Bartniece points out that the well-being of the company's employees and the environment in which they spend much of their lives are very important, and these factors undoubtedly have an effect on the employees' productivity, creativity and performance.

LETA board member Juris Mendzins emphasizes that, along with the rapid growth of the company in recent years, it is important for LETA to have new technological opportunities to ensure not only comfortable day-to-day operations, but also technical implementation of all the planned projects. He also emphasizes that the location of Origo One - in the very center of Riga - is important for LETA reporters to be present at all important events, so LETA could provide its clients with the latest news as quickly as possible.
