Colliers Montenegro receives Best Property Consultancy Company award

Podgorica - We are proud to share the great news that Colliers Montenegro received on from the International Property Awards Organization. After our first success in winning a 5-star prize for best property consultancy in Montenegro, Colliers International Montenegro succeed to won the Award for Best Property Consultancy at the European Property Awards Summit hosted on October 25th in London. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness and Lord Richard Best, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. We consider this a huge success for our office, as well as Montenegro as a participating country. This award recognizes our commitment to excellence in the property consultancy industry and our devotion to providing services at highest international standards.

Colliers' team in Montenegro is proud to receive this award as the International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.  Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property business.

This award is an extra motivation for Colliers office in Montenegro to continue to accelerate the success of its clients and corporate success in every aspect of its business.

I started to work in Colliers in February 2013. Most of my five years experience before Colliers, I was building in private Montenegrin companies. In 2011 I started private business with Montenegrin souvenirs. I was a part of Green Building Council as Marketing Assistant. In 2010 I worked as Marketing Executive in a successful local company from logistic business where I became Member of team for implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001. My first working experience was as Finance Assistant in 2007 in family company where I became Store manager.​

Milovan Novakovic

Milovan joined Colliers International in 2007 and has started as an ICAS Officer.

In 2009 he took the role of Senior office representative and he was coordinating all activities of the Montenegrin office together with SEE Regional director.

At the end of 2010 he officially became General Manager of Colliers International, Montenegro.

Milovan has graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and before he joined Colliers International he worked as Computer Designer, Research Assistant, Advisor for Marketing, Financial Officer, Marketing Manager and free entrepreneur. Milovan has successfully undertaken research studies related to all types of property, such as hotels and resorts, industrial premises, office and retail blocks, land parcels and residential properties and he was directly involved in all big projects that Colliers has done in Montenegro. He is a certified appraiser and he is LEED qualified. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Green Building Council of Montenegro and Colliers is the Co-Founder of that Organization​. From December 2014 he is a member of Royal Institutution of Chartered Surveyors.
