Study Case: AEROPARQUE

 

THE CHALLENGE

Compact a minimum area of 30,000 sqm in order to develop an industrial set for a company of German origin, manufacturer of auto parts. The Government of the State of Puebla already had a reserve of 15,000 m2 located inside the Ciudad Textil Industrial Park and our Coliers specialists.

 

STRATEGY

In the first instance we resorted to investigating the owners of 11 lots in the Aeroparque Industrial Park, adjacent to the 15,000 sqm reserve of the Government of the State of Puebla, to generate the acquisition of these and complete the required area.

The next step was to conduct confidential negotiations in parallel with the owners of the adjoining land and obtain sales agreements with market prices.

Subsequently, obtain the due dillingence of each lot, as well as verify measures, typographies and ecological liabilities of each one of them.

Generation of the process of buying and selling deeds.

 

RESULTS

Our team achieved the acquisition of a total area of 32,000 sqm, surpassing the minimum required for the development of our client's industrial complex.
