Great experience in marketing and sales as well as in creating marketing strategies for industrial facilities mainly designed for distribution centers.
She has the ability to identify customer needs and seek solutions and has helped important AAA companies like Coppel, OfficeMax, Hella, Mabe, El Palacio de Hierro, Fruco, Farmacias San Pablo among others and with different real estate requirements.
As AMB ´s Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager for Mexico City and during more than 5 years, she was responsible for negotiating and closing lease agreements for more than 350,00m2 of speculative industrial buildings, for promoting a reserve of more than 720,000m2 of new indsutrial space projects for AAA companies, for creating and mantaining a leasing strategy and for negotiating tenants´ renewals and their expansions.
As a Sales Manager for Regus Business Centre in Mexico City she was responsible for negotiating and closing lease agreements of around 11,000 m2 of office spaces within the various business centers located in México City such as Torre Esmeralda II, Torre Siglum, Torre Cygni and Torre Angel.
