Professional Summary

Prior to joining Colliers, I was Office Manager and assistant at a Law Firm  with the following responsibilities:

-Administrative management of the firm (payment to suppliers, sending bills to customers, generation of invoice), support accounting, management of petty cash and bank accounts of the firm.

-In charge of giving direct support to the team of lawyers, both senior and junior, assembly, coordination and receipt of records from different customers.

-Review of payroll calculations by the outsourcing.

-Conducted the review of the reports generated by the team of lawyers to ensure that all activities carried out in each of the cases are duly registered and can pass for approval of the Director.

-Recruitment and selection of interns, attorneys, and receptionist for the firm, management of platforms of searching for candidates.

-Management of corporate mail, as well as the resolution of problems relating to IT.

-Responsible for messaging and facilities staff.

- Director agenda.
