I have an extensive experience in hotel industry B2B & B2C (my home was a hotel since I was 2 years old) I also have exprience in  timeshare, weddings, furniture, and real estate, as well as a friendly personal treatment, charisma, and leadership.

- Time Share Occidental Hotels & Resorts (Allegro Resorts - Grupo Barcelo)

As operations manager and VLO (verifyer legal officer) I have developed supervision activities and operations control. I was responsible for the closing sales  of timeshare, I was in charge of verifying with the clients their respective contracts securing clause by clause that they didn`t have doubts with the membership acquire.

- Dettaglio (dtDesign) manager 

I have designed strategy sales and decorative projects for residential on furniture and accesories proposals. Manager in charge of furniture store and presentation image inside of the store. I achieved Increase sales up to 58%  a month.

- RIU Hotels & Resorts

I was invited to participate as a Business Development Manager in which I represented all the RIU hotels in Midwest USA, established direct contacts with wholesalers, travel agencies, airlines and tour operators, promoting my products while promoting our loyalty program. I received a promotion to be in charge of RIU Class for all the americas division & caribe (+30 hotels)  with the objective of establishing a direct communication contact with a half million loyalty clients. which allowed me to create and develop a training program for employees who had direct contact with the customers, and to develop promotion skills with them. Based on previous experience, I was promoted to Sales Weddings Executive with the objective of developing a program that will increase sales budget in 12 hotels of the 30 hotels in the Caribbean, which was reached and exceeded by 48%.

- Grand Festivall All Inclusive Resort Rooms Division Manager

Under my department supervision (front desk, buttlers, telephones, housekeeping, public areas, laundry, time share administration, public relations for press) in addition of dealing with extra curricular activities such as reaching the goal of 25 million pesos in sales increase. We Develop a program to promote european plan to all-inclusive plan to all timeshare members, this allowed us to not only reach the goal but to exceed it by 61%. Quality and service standards were improved, improving customer satisfaction.

I speak and write English & Spanish, basic language for German and French. I obtained award for 3 consecutive years in land sales, in Grupo Guia Real Estate Excellence, an ally  company of Tierra & Armonía Developers, from 2012 to 2015 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I am currently an associate and broker specialist in retail at colliers international.

In 2 years in #Colliers #CRE I´ve closed: - more than 10 million mexican pesos in value of contracts - 20 leasings - 10 signed listings contracts - 5 tenants rep - I have registered 8 franchises at Plaza Las Ramblas in process of being accepted or not.

Sales Revenue: Incomes increased from Complementary plans vs European plans up to 61% through strategies of promotions and personalized service.
