Before moving to Miami, Juan managed the Southeast region of Mexico, spearheading the Hospitality and Leisure division for Latin America. Once in Miami, he served as a Regional Director for Corporate Solutions across Latin America. In a tenure as DHL´s Regional Head of Real Estate for Latin America, he managed over 10,000,000 square feet of logistics space. He served as a Principal for a Global Site Selection and Public Incentives Consulting firm, overviewing the Southeast of the US and Latin America and Caribbean. He came back to Colliers as a member of the Executive Team for Latin America, and is committed to multiply substantially the overall income of the firm in Latin America by generating new business, and growing existing one.
Juan got a Law Degree at ELD Mexico, equivalent to a Juris Doctor in the US and coursed postgraduate studies on the Legal Regime of International Business, equivalent to a Master's Degree on International Legal Studies.
He is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and has different skills in French, Portuguese and German
