Currently, more than 2 years with Colliers International in the Rems Area, in charge of several portfolios in the administration of real estate and management issues.
I currently manage Fibra HD's Portfolio as Property Manager Sr. I'm responsible for 3,250,700 sqft of leasable area in 41 retail, office, industrial and educational buildings, in multiple locations in the country. I supervise a team of more than 60 Colliers professionals that includes Property and Facility Managers, Coordinators, Assistants and Maintenance Technicians. With the support of my wonderful team, I manage a yearly budget of more than 560 million MXN of lease income and more than 110 million MXN of OPEX.
Before being asigned to Fibra HD's Portfolio, I was responsible for a portfolio comprised of 10 office buildings of different clients, including Google Mexico, Biomarin, Audatex & Autoclaims (Solera), Gentera (Compartamos Banco), 9 industrial buildings of different clients including Clarion Partners, Fibra HD, Alveo, and 20 buildings belonging to 4 private-owned portfolios. Also I participated in the Help Desk Implementation Consulting services we provided for Grupo Bimbo, and the launch of a Sustainability Consulting Service within REMS Mexico.
My previous work experience includes working in Gigante Grupo Inmobiliario, one of the largest Real Estate companies in Mexico, coordinating the relationship with Soriana, its main client and one of the major national supermarket chains, to whom Gigante leased around 100 locations nationwide. I coordinated several renovation projects and also supervised 5 condominium shopping malls, including Perinorte and Plaza Zapamundi, which GGI co-owns with Liverpool and Sanborns, respectively.
My previous work experience includes management of a 1,000 million MXN construction project in Zibatá, a large eco-friendly community built in Querétaro where I developed skills in the construction management of urban infrastructure, landscaping, a Golf Course & Academy, the Discovery Center (Sales headquarters) and the housing lots, distributed over 2,400 acres.
