I specialize in the field of collecting, validating, structuring and visualising data. Benchmarking facility management performance of organisations on costs, and quality of service is a good example of working on data. Dashboards on client satisfaction survey results, workplace occupancy measurements and asset sustainability scores are just a few other examples of last years deliverables. Tools for data visualisation are Excel and PowerBI.
Before, I worked for over 10 years in designing and implementing IWMS, focussing on service management tools that link the facility management department with their clients.

I just started at Colliers International as junior consultant for the Facility Management Consultancy department.
Here I will focus on benchmarking based on facility costs, quality of service, customer satisfaction and sustainability.
In 2014, I started in the industry at a company responsible for the technical real estate from the Rabobank.
During the first 10 years of my career I worked in several management positions for different employers, among which Sony Netherlands (Facility Manager) and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (Head of Accommodation ). In 1998 I made the switch to consultancy and went to work as Sr. Project Manager & MT-member for Rietmeijer Facility Planning BV (now part of CBRE) and later on similar for Metafoor Vastgoed BV, which focussed on local government.
In 2004 I started my own consultancy Kissels Management. As self-employed entrepreneur he supported many clients with as main tasks consultancy, project- and interim management in the field of operational contracting, office accommodation and facilities related issues.
From 2009 - 2014 I worked at Strukton Worksphere as operational manager/ Sr. consultant for nearly 5 years. I was responsible for the tactical and strategical operations of Total Facility Management projects and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. In January 2014 I joined AOS, now Colliers International Corporate Solutions, as Sr. Consultant Facility Management
