Lennard has some 10 years experience advising organizations in the creation of real estate- and housing strategies with issues such as functional and financial efficiency and translating organizational goals and objectives for housing objectives and development for (innovative) housing concepts.

Sodexo KLM account
Sodexo has entered into a partnership with KLM RE&FC in order to manage the KLM Real Estate portfolio on the basis of a master planning. Part of this project is drawing up a long term Real Estate Management Strategy (REMS), for which purpose Sodexo has partnered up with Colliers.
The objective of this strategy is to supply KLM with a steering mechanism in order to enable KLM to act efficiently and effectively where it concerns decisions to be made about the accommodation of its divisions and affiliates.
REMS is the basis for Sodexo’s HARD FM services, such as maintenance and projects, resulting in efficient and effective use of resources and budget, reduction of project runtimes and an upgrade of accommodation quality.

Tasks & Activities: Hub in the development of concept and program of requirements; needs analysis from processes and employees; drawing up functional/spatial/technical program; budget estimate for the realisation of the building; advising on certification process for BREEAM certificate, advising in the selection of developer, architect and interior designer; managing the interior design process.
Building comprises approx. 20,000 m2 GLA, existing from office space, laboratories and a pilot plant.

Tasks & Activities: Advising the police force Utrecht in developing an appropriate future-oriented housing vision for a period of fifteen years based on the simultaneously developed vision for the primary process.
