Rebecca studied Real Estate at the Rotterdam Univerisity of Applied Sciences with a major in property development, property management, valuation, real estate investment and finance and a minor in real estate investing. She graduated by the association of institutional property investors in the Netherlands (IVBN) with an bachelor thesis about the application of the beta coefficient in the market of direct residential real estate investments compared with the Discounted Cash Flow method.
Rebecca joined Colliers International in October 2015. She started as an associate valuer. In September 2017 Rebecca became junior valuer.
She operates from the Colliers office located at the Botersloot in Rotterdam. As an junior valuer, Rebecca values residential properties, offices, industrial and logistics and retail spaces. This concerns both portfolio valuations as the valuation of indivual objects.

Head of Valuations Rotterdam
Dick Mulder joined Colliers International as senior appraiser on the first of October 2014 and is currently Head of Valuations Rotterdam. He operates from the Colliers office located at the Botersloot in Rotterdam and he focuses on the valuation of residential, offices, business premises and retail spaces. This concerns both portfolio valuations as the valuation of individual objects. Dick started his professional real estate career in 2006 as broker / valuer at ‘t GoeieHuys Vastgoed B.V. with offices in Capelle aan den IJssel (Rotterdam area) and Brielle (Voorne Putten area).
