Professional Summary

In February 2008 I started at WPM Kantoormanagement as a receptionist. In this capacity I was responsible for:
- incoming mail and telephone;
- organizing and preparing meeting rooms;
- receiving visitors.

In September 2009 the company gave me the opportunity to develop myself as an Associate Technical Management.
After all these years I still do this job with a lot of pleasure and dedication. My primary responsibilities are:
- Monitor and process technical defaults as reported by tenants;
- Ensure underlying documents for supplier activities / invoices;
- Updates of MyOfficebyColliers;
- All other technical administration / recording / filing, etc.

Accomplishments

Assistent to 2 technical managers, ensuring appropriate handling of technical failure reports and all technical related administrative duties.
