23-02-2018- German currywurst restaurant Bobby & Fritz is coming to the Netherlands. The company will open their first Dutch location in Arnhem.
Bobby & Fritz was founded in 2013. In Germany and Switzerland they currently have 25 restaurants. In 2018 Bobby & Fritz aims to open ten new restaurants in the Netherlands and Belgium. Within five years the company would like to have 100 locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. This includes mobile food trucks with which Bobby & Fritz is present at festivals.
The Dutch company Fabbene will lead the expansion of Bobby & Fritz. They advise Food & Beverage franchises that would like to expand in the Netherlands and Belgium. In doing so, they focus on bringing together entrepreneurs and innovative F&B concepts. They also lead the Dutch and Belgian expansion of Coffee Fellows.
The first Dutch restaurant of 70 m² near the central station in Arnhem, at the Oude Stationsstraat 22, opens in April. Bobby & Fritz has chosen this location because working, traveling and studying visitors come together in this area. Nine people will be working at this location.
Real estate advisor Colliers International has supervised the transaction. Chris Lanting, Associate Director Retail, says: "The area around the central station of Arnhem has changed from a public transport hub to a real destination. The arrival of Bobby & Fritz is a good extension of the area.''
