As one of the first tenants at Zuidas business district, Colliers International is leaving the area after 47 years. The real estate advisor will move to its new head office at the Olympic Stadium area in Amsterdam on 11 February.
At this historic location, Bouwinvest gave the former Citroën Building1962 a new lease on life and transformed it into an inspiring working environment. The building received a BREEAM Good certification and Colliers has the ambition to get a WELL certificate. This ensures better wellbeing and health of the employees.

The lifestyle office consists of three different zones. All workplaces are arranged along the window side. In the middle of the room is the zone where meetings take place. And there is a public area for the community with a café and bar which offers a place to interact. Finally, a library has been created to accommodate room for contemplation and silence. These elements create a new and inspiring way of working. The Olympic theme is visible throughout the office.
Caterer Leo at work! offers healthy, fair and organic food and Fruitful office delivers fresh fruit every week. This organization plans a fruit tree for each fruit basket in Malawi. The coffee beans are supplied by Puro, a Fair Trade company that stands for fair trade and protection of nature. Employees drink their coffee from paper cups. The cups are reusable and are collected separately and recycled into a sustainable raw material. Other paper and cardboard, plastic, glass, cooked foods, small chemical waste and lamps are also disposed of separately.
The company's mobility plan encourages employees to travel in sustainable way. In cooperation with PON-Shuttel travel by public transport, bicycle or electric scooter is stimulated which will reduce Colliers' CO2 footprint.
Other tenants in the building are Under Armour, Restaurant NENI, Parcom Capital, Deloitte Digital and Bacardi. This mix of tenants ensures that companies can share knowledge and experiences and learn from each other.
