Niels joined Colliers International Amsterdam in November 2012  as Director of Valuations. Since 1 January 2014 Niels is a member of the board of Colliers International in The Netherlands and a member of the EMEA international valuation team. Niels became partner in January 2015 of Colliers International Netherlands.
As a director Niels is responsible for the valuation department and expanding the valuation advisory services in The Netherlands. Niels is an expert in redevelopment, residential, industrial and office valuations.


Niels started his career in real estate 14 years ago at DTZ Zadelhoff where he was associate Director of the Amsterdam team for the last 5 years. He was a member of the management team and responsible for the Valuation team of this office.
