Nysnø Invest signs lease in premium building DSD Front in Stavanger

Nysnø Invest will relocate to DSD front Q1 2020

Colliers International's Stavanger office has assisted Herfo Finans AS in establishing a lease with Nysnø Invest AS in DSD Front. The building, which is under construction, is marketed as a premium grade building and has the sea right on its doorstep in Stavanger City Centre. The expected move in date is February 2020.

It is very exciting to be able to welcome this attractive tenant to such a building - says head of Colliers Stavanger, Thomas J. Middelthon.

Nysnø Invest is the new "climate fund", owned by the Norwegian government. They will utilize government investment funds to make profitable investments in new, climate-friendly technology. The company's main purpose is to ensure value creation by utilizing new opportunities that result from "the green shift".

Offices still available

Colliers highlights that there are still offices available in both the new building and the neighboring building. DSD Front will be a beautiful and visible building on the pier in the center of Stavanger. The building's architecture is inspired by the traditional sea houses that characterize the buildings along the sea in the city center. This is a modern variant with attractive, large windows facing the sea.
