Thor has over 30 years of professional real estate experience and began his career at Colliers International in 1996, initially focusing on investment brokerage. His main expertise area is investment advisory together with retail brokerage/advisory in Norway. Thor focuses on advicing international investors.
Jørgen started working for Colliers International in 2005 and has worked as a transaction broker since 2007. Jørgen has throughout the years worked on numerous transactions across all segments in the Norwegian Commercial Real estate market, representing large domestic and international clients. Since 2017 Jørgen has been Head of the Investment and Transactions department at Colliers Norway.
Thomas heads Colliers' Stavanger office which he started in 2017. Thomas works with leases, tenant representation and transactions. He does office, industrial and retail/restaurants. He has a broad experience from the market in the Stavanger Region since 2003, thus has an extensive knowledge about this market. He previously worked for Øgreid Eiendom, Handelsbanken, KAS/Andersen Consulting and Telenor.
Tom Elliot has worked at Colliers since 2015 and has worked in the real estate industry for 6 years. in his previous position at Obligo Investment Management, Tom Elliot worked with the mangement of portfolios in the US, Sweden, Norway and Great Britain. At Colliers he has focused on real estate transactions across all segments and has represented both buy- and sell side. Tom Elliot has assisted in the sale of real estate totaling €350 million.
Monica started working for Colliers International in 2011 as a transactional broker with a focus on residential properties. Monica has worked in the real estate industry since 1993, and since 2000, she has had a main focus on commercial and residential properties. Monica can assist both buyers and sellers with relation to the sale of office and apartment buildings as well as retail properties. She is well-connected within this segment and has excellent local knowledge.
Bjørnar has 25 years of professional real estate experience. Earlier experience includes previous positions as Marketing Manager for NCC Property Development, Property Director and Vice President Baltics in Linstow, a large Real Estate Company situated in Oslo and CEO at IT Fornebu Eiendom. Bjørnar has also previously founded a professional real estate brokerage firm in Oslo and a property fund in Trondheim.
Carl Fredrik Marti joined the Oslo office of Colliers in 2000. As Head of Logistics he is responsible for the Industrial & Logistics Team in Norway, and has relationships with both national and international logistics companies. Carl Fredrik is a certificated broker working with transactions and landlord representation. With more than 20 years of experience, he has provided successful brokerage services to many well-known companies over the past several years, and has extensive knowledge of the logistics real estate market.
Tobias Voraa joined Colliers in 2018 as a Real Estate Advisor leasing industrial & logistics properties. His area of expertise is within Leasing and primarily industrial & logistics advisory. He mainly focuses on adding value to landlords with vacancies or industrial land for development in delivering new tenants.
Ruben has worked with tenant representation at Colliers International since 2016. His main areas of expertise include business development, relocation, negotiation and renegotiations of existing leases. In addition, Ruben can help businesses map the market in Norway, adding insight to their business decision making process.
Jostein started working for Colliers International in February 2018 and works primarily with leasing and transactions focusing on the Norwegian commercial real estate market in the region of Stavanger. Jostein has over 20 years of experience with B2B, and has in the last 15 years been working within leadership and sales in the IT industry. In addition to this, he was over a period of five years, working for DnB Bank, responsible for small and medium sized enterprises in the region of Rogaland in Norway.
