We place financial instruments in real estate projects in both office, warehouse and logistics, as well as hotels, shops and restaurants. In addition, we undertake advisory assignments and act as brokers in shares and securities in unlisted real estate companies

The company is subject to supervision by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority and is authorized to provide investment services (No. 1) Receipt and conveying of orders, and (No. 7) Placement of financial instruments where the enterprise does not provide underwriting.

GDPR
In connection with the implementation of the EU Privacy Regulation - Regulation 2016/679 - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", Colliers International Corporate AS is obliged to obtain the consent of existing customers in order to safeguard the customer relationship in accordance with the agreement between the customer and the company. We remind you that the company, through an agreement with the customer, is subject to a duty of confidentiality and that personal data stored will only be used in accordance with the stated purpose.
The purpose of storing personal data in the enterprise is to be able to provide investment services in accordance with the Securities Trading Act, disclosure requirements, and be able to contact the client to inform about relevant services and investment opportunities in the future.

We also note that it is voluntary to consent to the retention of personal data. However, consent is a prerequisite for Colliers International Corporate AS to provide services in line with its purpose. If consent is not given, the enterprise will be prevented from acting in accordance with the stated purpose and the contractual relationship will be terminated in accordance with the provisions on the termination of customer relations stated in the customer agreement.
Under the Securities Trading Act, Colliers International Corporate AS will be required to keep personal information and other relevant documentation for at least five years after the end of the client relationship. After the five-year period has expired, all information is deleted, unless the public authority based on the Securities Trading Act, requires otherwise. The personal data and other relevant documentation will not be used by us during the storage period.
The customer has the right to access all stored information, as well as the right to rectify it in the case that incorrect information was registered.
