Haakon has great experience and deep knowledge of the Norwegian retail and real-estate business, specialized within retail management – both establishing of new retail business, management and development of existing business. He has worked with strong international retail brands, helping them to establish and increase their business in Norway. He also has a broad network of decision-makers within the Norwegian retail and real-estate business. Haakon can act as an advisor both as a part of a team or independently and execute short and long term strategies. During many years of managing small and big retail business, he has achieved great interpersonal skills allowing him to build strong relationships towards clients, suppliers and employees.
Jørn has a wide experience with strategic leadership in chain management and chain development in addition to an experience with staff functions with responsibility for Strategy and Business Development Economics. Jørn has a main focus on the Food & Beverage segment and has successfully assisted in several restaurant and supermarket establishments.
Stine started working for Colliers International in 2017 as a senior advisor in retail tenant representation, specializing in the fashion segment. In addition to advising her clients on expansion strategy, her consultancy also involves chain development. Stine is also part of the Colliers EMEA retail core group, where she focuses on cross boarder business. Prior to this she was working as country manager for a danish company called IC Group, for the brand Saint Tropez. She also advises landlords on how their retail holdings can be enhanced through leasing and placemaking.
Kari Gro has more than 25 years of experience working with shopping centers and retail in different companies. She has worked with leasing offices, shops and restaurants at Aker Brygge and Center Manager at Aker Brygge. She has also worked as a General manager and Consultant in an advertising agency specialized in retail.
