Rob has over 25 years commercial property experience specialising in Office Leasing, Commercial Property, Financial Analysis and Valuation. He is the National Director of Commercial Leasing. In a prior role he was responsible for the National Property Management business. His current focus covers Office Leasing and Tenant Representation nationwide, particualrly in the Auckland CBD. Prior to working for Colliers International, Rob held positions in Wellington and Auckland with a major international fund manager. His roles included work in property valuation, leasing, purchase and sales.
Matt started his commercial leasing working for CBRE Melbourne before returning to New Zealand where he has spent the past nine years building an extensive industry network working for JLL and Colliers International..
Matt believes the best solutions come from listening to the Tenant, gaining a thorough understanding of the business needs, and having superior market knowledge and insight. With a strong focus on end-to-end leasing solutions focusing on medium to large businesses within the Auckland CBD and city fringe.

After leaving University I spent 3 years at CB Richard Ellis in the South Auckland Leasing/Sales Team where I developed a good understanding of the property market. I took up an internal transfer to CB Richard Ellis' London office where I focussed on Office Leasing.
After 5 great years in London I decided to move home to Auckland. I started at Colliers in October of 2010 in the Office Leasing Team where I intend to use the skills I developed in the UK in the New Zealand market.
With over 16 years’ experience in Auckland’s commercial property industry – over a decade of which has based at Colliers International – Eileena has worked as a valuer, commercial property manager and a commercial office leasing broker.
Now an office leasing broker concentrating on Auckland – specifically the CBD and city fringe areas – Eileena has concluded leases with a range of organisations, including the likes of Auckland City Council, Meridian Energy, Mitsubishi, Nib, Ministry of Education, Pulse Utilities and Marketing Association.
A dedicated, passionate and consummate professional, Eileena has an excellent reputation as an established and successful broker who operates with a high level of integrity.
She enjoys the challenges and especially loves using creative solutions to solve an office accommodation requirement.
Eileena is also tertiary qualified, with a Bachelor of Business Studies double majoring in Property Management and Valuation.
Chris has 23 years professional experience across 4 countries in information technology & commercial real estate. The last 10 years have been spent with Colliers in Auckland & Seattle working with landlords and tenants manage their office space. Prior to this he worked for Microsoft in Australia and the USA managing enterprise accounts.
With over 9 years of experience in the Auckland commercial property market, Michael brings a wealth of experience to the office leasing process. Specialising in medium to large scale tenant relocations in the CBD Fringe and Southern Corridor, Michael has had the opportunity to work with many high profile national and international brands, alongside a number of Government agencies. Michael has transacted over 35,000m² of office space in the past 12 months.
