I have worked for Colliers Real Estate Management since 2011 in both Auckland and Christchurch offices, leasing established Shopping Centres and new Retail developments across New Zealand. I have worked with many of the major and also individual owner including Kiwi Property, Precinct, Stride and NZRPG.
Retail Propety Manager with over 25 years experience in commercail and retail property and facilities management.
Currently managing a number of Regional/Neighbourhood Shopping Centres in the Christchurch CBD and Suburban areas, including facilities and property management, stratigic planning, budgeting, liaising with tenants, clients, contractors and statutory compliance issues.
David joined Colliers as a Senior Facilities Manager in 2015.
David is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is responsible for facilities management and property maintenance matters on a number of commercial properties in and around Christchurch.
Davids' role includes liaising with Property Managers and Building Owners, providing advice on capital works, life cycle costings, capex/opex budgets, procurement and service contracts.
Courtney is a Property Manager within the Christchurch Real Estate Management office.
Courtney has eight years experience in the property industry and has experience in both lease management and facilities management.
Courtney has a specific interest in value added through proactive management of assets and prides herself on maintaining a high level of communication with all stakeholders.
30 years experience in the management of a wide and diverse range of property portfolios including high rise commercial, port and industrial.
Specialist areas include disaster management and insurance settlement negotiation; rebuild planning, lease negotiation and strategy.
