Louise joins the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness team from a strong rural real estate background, having spent the past eleven years as a top performer in rural real estate in Hawke’s Bay. Prior to her career in real estate she spent 17 years managing a pip and stone fruit orchard in the region. Louise was closely involved within the pipfruit industry as a director of Fruitpackers HB Co-op Limited and Pipfruit NZ Inc as well as chairing the National Research Committee (Pipfruit) for seven years. Louise’s background has given her an extensive knowledge of horticultural, a wide network in the industry and an in-depth understanding of the local orcharding and lifestyle community. This in combination with her professional and dedicated approach to real estate is reflected in her stellar track record of results..
A natural-born salesman, Nigel Martin has spent the previous 13 years honing his skills to become a top performer in a variety of sales roles, including his many successes as a residential sales consultant at Tremains.
And now, because he’s not one to rest on his laurels, Nigel has made the move over the fence to Colliers Rural, bringing with him his background of strong sales experience, sharp negotiating skills, consistent results and creative marketing techniques. Furthermore, owning a lifestyle block himself where he and his wife are raising their four children gives Nigel an insight into the complexities of rural real estate.
