Richard Graham
General Manager

Richard Graham is General Manager - Colliers Rural and Agribusiness for Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Coromandel.

Richard has been involved with Real Estate since 2007 when he joined Bayleys initially as National Country Manager where he was responsible for the Country and lifestyle divisions across New Zealand and was involved in a number of high profile sales including Hillend Station in Wanaka and The Crafar farms portfolio.

Richard has also been Group Marketing Manager for Bayleys and led all aspects of the marketing operation including the Global program and contact with key worldwide affiliates.

More recently Richard managed Commercial and Industrial business in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki regions.

Richards background prior to joining Real Estate is in Sales and Marketing and in addition to roles with Primedia, DB Breweries and Allied Liquor he has worked as Marketing Manager for Holden NZ and Corporate Marketing Manager for Farm Improvement Company LIC.

In addition to selling in his own right, Richard works with an extremely professional and dedicated team of highly experienced and enthusiastic salespeople who are market leaders and responsible for delivering optimum solutions to our clients and maximising the value of their real estate assets.

The team operate across all areas of the rural real estate landscape from family drystock or dairy farms, to rural subdivisions, horticulture, viticulture, forestry, rural businesses and  corporate farming operations.
