Sally has recently made the transition to Industrial Sales and Leasing from an extensive career in office leasing. Her experience includes  dealing with both existing buildings and new design build projects ,working with clients on property selection and sourcing for tenants.  Over the past three years she has been advising landlords and tenants on earthquake related property and leasing issues together with the effect of the Resource Management Act and Christchurch City Blueprint. 

Following a background in foreign exchange at the Reserve Bank of NZ which included the floating of the NZ dollar, Sally moved to the role of National Sales Manager for Reuters New Zealand.

Since joining Colliers International Sally has spent 12 years in office leasing and was instrumented in the rehousing of many tenants following the earthquakes and has subsequently working on the redevelopment and leasing of a number of developments.

In 2014 Sally decided to relocate to the Industrial division of Colliers Christchurch and is part of the Industrial sales and leasing team.
