Colliers International’s New Zealand headquarters is at 151 Queen Street, Auckland CBD, is the company’s largest office in the country.

The senior management team is based here, along with the national marketing, research and finance teams.  

The office is home to key Auckland brokerage teams including investment sales, office and retail leasing, as well as the nationwide capital markets sales team that handle some of New Zealand’s largest commercial property transactions every year for key national clients. The national property syndication, hotel sales and residential projects teams are also based in the Colliers Auckland CBD office.

Other commercial property services based in the Auckland CBD office include Real Estate Management, Building Consultancy, Corporate Solutions, Project Leaders, Valuation and Advisory.

Occupier demand remains solid. In the past year, the overall metropolitan vacancy rate has decreased from 6.7% to 5.6%, with quality office space receiving the strongest enquiry. Prime vacancy rates reduced to an all-time low of 3.3% and secondary vacancy rates reduced to 6.3%.
