“Sometimes we have to make a decision that is difficult to make when we sell a property. Often made because of financial gain or physical limitations, in my case the latter was the driving force. Our property at 1 Silverwood Lane, Kelvin Heights had been on a general listing for approximately four months, when we approached Maria Wyndham regarding marketing on a sole agency basis.
