Colliers International has extensive involvement within the New Zealand retail market, encompassing large scale shopping centres and bulk retail centre properties positioned within major and provincial centres throughout New Zealand. We have undertaken valuations for all major shopping centre owners and have an extensive valuation record of Bulk Retail assets. In addition to large assets we also complete assignments on individual shops and strip retail through Auckland’s major metropolitan areas and CBD.

We are the largest specialist rural valuation practice in New Zealand with a Chartered Accountant, a Registered Forestry Consultant and an Analyst on the team.
