The industrial real estate market has shown a much slower dynamism compared to recent years. Among the main determinants of this result, in addition to the political aspects that the country has recently experienced, elements such as the slow development of activities that add value to the merchandise that currently passes through the expanded Canal, as well as a trend in the consolidation of the BTS model (built to suit), which has freed developers in the creation of speculative supply.
