David has 30 years of experience in real estate markets in Europe and Asia. David joined Colliers International’s Asia Valuation & Advisory group in Hong Kong in 1994. In this role he was responsible for directing the company’s property research activities in Greater China and as part of a regional development consultancy team for handling client assignments throughout East Asia. Due to his on-going involvement with increasing number of projects in the Philippines, David relocated to Colliers’ Manila office in 1996 where he headed the company’s Advisory team while still maintaining regional consulting responsibilities. Thereafter, appointed Director | Investment Advisory, David transferred to Colliers’ Singapore office in 1999 where he subsequently took the role of Director | Corporate Solutions, providing pan-Asia strategic planning and property specific real estate solutions for a wide range of clients including 3M, Reuters and Johnson & Johnson. After a short career break in the UK, David re-joined Colliers International Philippines in 2006 as Managing Director and Country Head, a position he held until 2018 when he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in the Philippines; an organisation with offices in Manila and Cebu and 725 staff.
With over 15 years of research and consultancy experience, Richard has been involved in various projects in Asia. He has been involved in various projects in Asia particularly the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. This has covered sectors from simple developments to large-scale mixed uses with office, retail, residential, hotel, industrial and institutional land uses.
Richard has been involved in complex assignments that entail creative solutions. This would include brand conceptualization, destination development, land use spatial analysis and marketing strategies.
Calvin has over 15 years of experience in the Philippine Real Estate Industry. He has served as head of Investments and Capital Markets for Santos Knight Frank (formerly CBRE Philippines, Inc.) for 8 years before moving to Collier’s International Philippines where he currently heads its Capital Market and Investment Services Team (CMIS).
The CMIS team focuses on providing sound real estate investment advice and identifies investment opportunities to local and multinational clients. The team also specializes in disposition of big ticket and high value assets across all real estate sectors.
Jet brings in a solid 25 years of professional experience in both project development, construction and real estate management leadership for high valued clients of Colliers International Philippines and has developed a pivotal role in turning around the REMS business unit into a winning team and now an industry market leader. He leads a team of 700 professionals in planning and analyzing key business drivers for the effective management of real estate properties which covers high end LEED certified buildings, renowned resort developments and townships and premium retail and data center facilities for multinational clients.
Prior to his stint with Colliers, Jet worked as Vice President for Property and Asset Management at Moldex Group of Companies where he was responsible for the property management of the company’s high-end projects and township developments. He also served as the Assistant Vice President of Filinvest Alabang Inc. focusing on service line for Property and Facilities management of the company's real estate portfolio.Jet also handled other executive positions for property development and project management with Pacific Ace Group of Companies in Hongkong, Philamlife Properties and Filinvest Alabang Inc. where he was instrumental in the success of various landmark projects and operation savings initiatives.
Currently, he is heading the Real Estate Management Services unit ob both Property Management and Facilities Management Groups of Colliers International which recently upgraded its certification for ISO 9001:2015 version ensuring consistency in operations and processes for various properties including office, residential buildings, traditional & business process outsourcing office locators, luxury homes, telecommunications facilities and downstream oil & gas facilities. He has also instrumental in the recent 1M Incident Free Manhours without loss and incidents for the 6 terminal depot facilities operation of a major oil and gas player in the country. In his capacity as the Executive Director handling the day to day function of the business, he also completed his Executive Education for Real Estate Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and Hospitality Facilities and Sustainable Hotel Management at the Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca New York. Prior to that, he was certified as a LEED Green Building Associate by the USGBC and is an advocate of green building initiatives for all its managed portfolio.
Dom began his career in Colliers International as a Research Assistant for the Research and Consultancy Division in February 2007. In that capacity, he was responsible in gathering and organizing of data needed to generate commissioned market reports and quarterly release of The Knowledge, Colliers’ Market Review publication.
He moved to Tenant Representation – Office Services Department in 2013. As a manager, he was tasked to handle various office space requirements of multinational clients. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 leading the Office Services team to hit the revenue target in the midst of leadership
transition. He started heading the Tenant Representation business as the Director in 2017 in charge of ensuring the growth and profitability of this business line. He helped the team stabilize in 2017 amidst market slowdown due to geopolitical concerns that affected the offshoring and outsourcing growth in the country and still achieved 18% profitability.
In 2018, he led the Tenant Representation to exceed the revenue target by 60% and achieve a 48% profit margin.
Andy began his real estate career in 2010. Coming from the banking industry, he had limited experience in real estate. Through perseverance and knowledge-building, he gained the trust of national and first-time developers, as well as occupiers.
He moved to Colliers International in November of 2017 to head the Landlord Representation Team, which was undergoing transition and needed to rebuild their strategy. With Andy at the helm, the team hit its target in the first half of 2018. He also closed one of the biggest tenant representation deals in Bonifacio Global City.
Maricris has worked in real estate since 1998. She began her career as an Investment Consultant in Megaworld Corporation handling the leasing of Megaworld's office buildings, residential condominiums and commercial warehouses. In 1999, Maricris was tasked to conceptualized, set-up and operate the Eastwood Locator’s Assistance Center (eL@C) in Eastwood City CyberPark, the first ICT, mixed-use master-planned city in the Philippines. eL@C serves ICT and BPO companies as an one stop shop for real estate solutions, information center as well as a business center facility and headquarters for service providers and satellite government offices.
Maricris joined Colliers International in 2012 to provide real estate strategies and solutions to its current clients as well as to source new clients for the company.
In addition, Maricris founded the Children's Environmental Awareness and Action Foundation (CEAAF) that focuses on the development and implementation of programs and educational materials on Philippine flora and fauna as well as Filipino pride projects and events.

Dan has 16 years of work experience in the design and construction industry. He started his career in design as an Interior Designer for Sonia S. Olivares and Associates before moving forward as a Design Manager for Anchorland Holdings Inc. He has spent the last 8 years with Arcadis Philippines Inc. (formerly Langdon & Seah Philippines Inc.) building a career in Project and Construction Management specializing in managing fit-out projects (retail, office, hospitality and institutional) for the country’s top tier Clients and Developers. He was also the PMO Country Lead for the HSBC accounts. In 2018, onset to a high rate success of project deliveries in his track record, he was promoted as Associate Director of the Project and Programme Management of Arcadis prior to a career move to Colliers.
