Accomplishments

Dorota has over 12 years of experience in strategic workplace consulting, organizational development and change management. Since 2008 year she has been concentrating on the field of Workplace Innovation, working on major workplace transformation project for clients in the UK and globally as Senior Strategy Consultant in DEGW London. In 2012 she became one of the leaders of Strategic Workplace consulting on the Polish market. Dorota combines deep knowledge and expertise in creating successful work environments with a broad range of organizational research tools, strong business acumen and practical experience gained through leading major strategic initiatives for large multinational organizations  as well as smaller clients in Poland and worldwide.

Education

Dorota  studied interdiciplinary humanities at the Univeristy of Warsaw. Her  academic curriculum included broad range of research subjects across sociology, anthropology and ehtnography. She also holds an Associate's certificate in Project Management, from the George Washington University in the U.S.
