Karolina Nitowska is involved in advising Landlords in the process of shopping centers commercialization. Duties include: leasing and marketing strategy formulation, designing tenants mix, identifying potential tenants, sending project information and preparing initial offers, presenting retail space, negotiating letters of intends as well as final lease agreements.
Karolina has been working in the real estate industry since 2011. During her career she represented landlords during the process of retail projects commercialization (shopping centres, retail parks, retail units in office buildings),
