Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.
He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.
He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007.
Due to his commitment, in 2013 Paweł was appointed to the new role of Partner, Director of Office Agency. Since then he is responsible for development of the 27-person advisory team and is engaged in projects involving lease of office space for key clients.

Lukasz has nearly 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Before 2014 , when he joined Colliers International, Lukasz oversaw and supervised the operational work of the team of leasing office space in one of the largest polish development companies . Understanding process from Landlord perspective and excellent understanding of the technical aspects of the office real estate are among the strengths of Lukasz in the process of negotiations. As Associate Director he is responsible for the overall representation of clients in the lease of office space - analysis of the situation , operational scenarios , negotiating and providing a solution that is fully tailored to the needs represented the tenant.
