Pawel Skalba
Senior Partner | Director of Office Agency

Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.

He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.

He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007. 
Due to his commitment, in 2013 Paweł was appointed to the new role of Partner, Director of Office Agency. Since then he is responsible for development of the 27-person advisory team and is engaged in projects involving lease of office space for key clients.

Pawel’s main focus is on offering tailored real estate solutions. Since the first day, he showed himself as a hard-working, client-oriented person. He puts a lot of effort in creating a sustainable, long-term relationship with clients, making sure they are provided with the best services and they do not lack any help. It results in spectacular deals and clients returning to Paweł every time they need help in real estate market.

 Over the last 5 years, Paweł Skałba has represented tenants in over 140 transactions for over 340,000 m2 of leased office space. Lukasz Zelezik
Partner | Director

Lukasz  is a Partner at Colliers International and a Director in the Office Agency. He has over 13 years of professional experience in the office sector. Before joining Colliers, he was the Head of the Leasing Team at Echo Investment. One of Lukasz’s professional strengths is ability to combine understanding of the process from the owner’s perspective with a high level of technical knowledge which proves invaluable in the negotiation stage.

Lukasz successfully oversees lease transactions, coordinating groups of architects, lawyers, engineers and property managers. He has actively taken part in leasing nearly 320K m² of office space in the most prestigious office buildings across Poland. Between 2016–2019, he was managing a team of L-rep division at Colliers’ Office Agency. At that time, the volume of transactions handled by Lukasz’s team exceeds more than 250K m². The largest transaction in which Lukasz participated was lease contract between GGH and mBank – 46K m².
