Agnieszka Krzekotowska joined Colliers International’s Property Management Department in April 2009. In January 2011 she was appointed to the position of Senior Property Manager. Agnieszka is responsible for all aspects of commercial property management, in particular – increasing property value managed by Colliers International, training and supporting staff in accordance with established procedures and standards, creating and maintaining relationships with clients and tenants and control of annual budgets.
She currently supports and supervises Property Managers dedicated to managing properties belonging to funds – IVG, Union Investments Immobel and AmRest.
Agnieszka has seven years of experience in property management. She started in the finance department, which allowed her to become familiar with budgeting, cost side of property, preparation of financial reports and service charges reconciliation. Then she completed post-graduate studies, received license and started working as Property Manager.
CURRENTLY - COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL
Agnieszka Krzekotowska works in Colliers International REMS from April 2009. Her responsibility was to manage Horizon Plaza office building. She was responsible for the acquisition of the building from General Contractor and worked on arrangements and moves of all tenants in the biulding. She participates twice in the process of selling the property in 2009, assisting owner in carrying out the sales process. Now she is responsible for coordination of a team of Property Managers who manage IVG portfolio in Poland ( 9 office buildings), and supervision of Property Managers responsible for properties owned by Union Investments, Immobel and AmRest.
PRIOR TO COLLIERS
Previously she worked in DTZ Management. First she worked in Finance Department as Finance Specialist responsible for buildings owned by Arka, BPH, Zepter International, Valad, and Ghelamco. Then she started working as a Property Manager for Valad and managed two industrial buildings Piaseczno Business Park and Blonie Business Park. Previously she worked at City Bank Handlowy.
Marzena is licensed Property Manager. She joined the Property Management team of Colliers International in February, 2010. As Director of Office Operations she was responsible for all aspects relating to the office buildings management. In 2011 she was promoted to Director in Real Estate Management Services. She is now responsible for operations of a team of over 60 professionals.
In November 2011 Marzena became RICS member.
Marzena Ciurzyńska has fourteen years of experience in property management of office projects, which she gained by managing eight office buildings in Warsaw whilst working for DTZ Management Polska Sp. z o.o. Managed properties and taken over for management: Adgar Postępu, Bokserska Office & Distribution Center, Cybernetyki Office Center, Europlex, Crown Tower, Trinity Park I and Trinity Park II, Prosta Office Center, Łopuszańska Bussiness Park.
Marzena jest licencjonowanym zarządcą nieruchomości. Do działu Zarządzania Nieruchomościami dołączyła w lutym 2010 roku. Jako Dyrektor ds. Operacyjnych w Colliers International nadzorowała wszystkie kwestie związane z zarządzaniem nieruchomościami biurowymi. W styczniu 2011 roku awansowała na stanowisko Dyrektora w Dziale Zarządzania Nieruchomościami, gdzie odpowiada za działania administracyjne i operacyjne prężnego działu zatrudniającego obecnie ponad 60 osób.
W listopadzie 2011 roku została członkiem RICS.
Marzena ma ponad 14 lat doświadczenia w obszarze zarządzania nieruchomościami, które zdobyła m. in. podczas pracy dla DTZ Management Polska Sp. z o.o. Zarządzała takimi nieruchomości jak: Adgar Postępu, Bokserska Office & Distribution Center, Cybernetyki Office Center, Europlex, Crown Tower, Trinity Park I and Trinity Park II,Prosta Office Center, Łopuszańska Bussiness Park.
