Marta związana jest z rynkiem nieruchomości handlowych od połowy lat 90tych. Swoje doświadczenia zawodowe zdobywała pracując w firmach takich jak Atomic Entertianment, Ahold Polska, Donaldsons, DTZ a od 2012 w ramach Colliers International. 

Od 2012 roku Marta kieruje sektorem usług doradczych w zakresie nieruchomości handlowych w Dziale Doradztwa i Rozwoju Projektów Inwestycyjnych, jako Dyrektor Strategii Powierzchni Handlowych. Marta wraz z zespołem pomaga klientom przekształcić potencjał rynkowy na finansowo wykonalne programy inwestycyjne obejmujące strategie zagospodarowania nieruchomości od typowo handlowych, poprzez te o przeznaczeniu typu „mix used”.

Od 2013 roku Marta kieruje działem Powierzchni Handlowych Colliers.  Zespół ekspertów Colliers pod kierownictwem Marty rozwija doradztwo strategiczne oraz usługi transakcyjne skierowane dla właścicieli nieruchomości handlowych oraz najemców rozwijających sieci handlowe.  

Doświadczenie Marty obejmuje zarządzanie wartością centrów handlowych, marketing centrów handlowych, wynajem powierzchni handlowych, doradztwo inwestycyjne przy sprzedaży/ nabyciu obiektów handlowych oraz doradztwo strategiczne dla właścicieli sieci handlowych.

Pracując zarówno dla właścicieli oraz deweloperów centrów handlowych Marta doradzała przy:
• projektach zagospodarowania terenów inwestycyjnych, 
• ocenie  i tworzeniu projektów handlowych na etapie deweloperskim,
• rozbudowach i repozycjonowaniu istniejących obiektów handlowych,
• opracowaniu i realizacji strategii marketingowych i strategiach wynajmu.

Marta has been active on the Polish retail real estate market since the mid 90’s, gaining her professional experience in such companies as: Atomic Entertainment, Ahold Poland, Donaldsons, DTZ and from 2012 with Colliers International.

At Colliers Marta is the Director of Retail Strategies within the Development Advisory Services  department. With the development team Marta supports Clients in transforming market potential into financially feasible investment programs, including typical shopping centers  as well as “mix used” type projects.

Since 2013 Marta also leads Colliers’ Retail Agency. The team of experts under Marta’s leadership develops strategic advisory and transaction services dedicated to both landlords and tenants. 

Marta’s experience includes asset management, center marketing, leasing of retail space, investment advisory and strategic advisory for owners of shopping centres.

Working both for owners and developers of shopping centres Marta advised on:
• evaluating and preparing development plans for developers,
• re-commercialization and repositioning of existing shopping centres,
• creating and implementing marketing of leasing strategies.
