Angolan property market has been following the economical trend

Angola's political transition was peaceful and democratic. Although some signs of hope emerged, the Angolan economy is still sailing through troubled times, especially with severe liquidity issues.

The property market shares identical problems. Some markets have been performing better than others, but it is the city of Luanda, the best performing market in Luanda.

Despite the local difficulties, Colliers clients and services are wider. Today, Colliers provides an image of security, experience and vast know-how of Angola's property market.
