DATA PRIVACY - OFFICE OCCUPATION ANALYSIS
In order to better understand the use and occupancy of our offices, and to improve working conditions accordingly, we have implemented a WiFi enabled occupancy analytics service in this building.
This service is based on detecting your device’s WiFi MAC or Bluetooth addresses via our WiFi routers. In order to ensure privacy, our analytics provider irreversibly anonymizes (hashes, salts and truncates) the MAC addresses, as well as any additional data collected from surveyed devices. By doing so, Colliers is provided with anonymized aggregated statistical data only.
If you are a guest in the building and would like to opt-out of this program, you are advised to turn off the WiFi and Bluetooth access on your device(s) whilst in the building. If you are a member of staff you can register your request to opt-out at the following URL address: https://basking.io/opt-out/
Please find detailed information on our analytics provider’s privacy and data protection policies on their website: https://basking.io/privacy/
