Dewayne has lived in Qatar for 26 years and has extensive knowledge of the property market for both sales and leasing.  He has over 15 years sales experience and has been involved in property in Qatar over the last 10 years. He previously worked for one of the major Qatari developers selling both local and overseas developments.  In his role for a serviced office provider he was responsible for the leasing strategy for the Qatar office network.

He has a successful track record for building long-term relationships with local, international and multi-national clients.  His personal approach in dealing with customers has resulted in significant repeat and referral business over the years.

Dewayne’s role with Colliers is to manage the sales and leasing of local market property, concentrating on the high end residential sector and also commercial property.

Accomplishments

Dewayne secured a high volume of enquiries and sales for the Residential Towers Fox Hill district development in Lusail – a $45 Billion City project.

He promoted other key international real estate developments in the Seychelles and Morroco for one of Qatar’s major developers.
