Laurentiu, Managing Partner at Colliers International Romania, has over 12 years of experience in real estate services including valuation, advisory and investment. He joined Colliers in 2007 as a real estate valuer and in 2009 he was promoted to Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, with the responsibility to expand the valuation team in Romania. In 2015, he became Head of Investment, developing the Capital Markets services and later appointed as Senior Partner within Colliers International Romania in 2016, managing over 20 experts. As of march 2018, Laurentiu was promoted Managing Partner.
Before joining Colliers, Laurentiu worked for 10 years at Vodafone Romania/Connex, holding different management positions within Marketing and Customer Operations Divisions. Between 2014 and 2017 he has been Vice-President of ANEVAR (Romanian Association of Valuers).
In parallel, I was involved raising funds for various projects, such as Teach for Romania, The Romanian Foundation for Neurology and Epilepsy and “Prietenia” Association.

Ştefania joined Colliers International in 2005, undertaking advisory work and developing the consulting business (feasibility and market studies, financial reports and risk analysis). In this role, Ştefania coordinated important analysis for mixed-use projects and later on she managed the consulting team.
In January 2011 Ştefania launched the Real Estate Management Services (Property Management and Green Certifications) in the role of Department Director. She is focused on creating value and implementing strategies for existing clients, winning new clients, looking for new business opportunities, as well as developing and retaining talented people in the team. She monitors all contracts to ensure that contractual obligations are being met and that the services provided are of high quality standards.
Since 2013, Ştefania is a Board Member of Colliers International Romania and under this role she is actively participating in the overall business strategy of the company and key projects developed across the firm.
Prior to joining Colliers International, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Ohio, USA and for British American Business in London, UK.

Achieved over 14 years of experience in Real Estate, including management of Landlord Rep Department in CBRE, Head of EHL Romania Office & Industrial Department, and Senior Leasing Manager and Marketing Coordinator within IMMOFINANZ Romania, dealing both with Industrial and Office portfolio in Romania and Bulgaria.
Currently, managing the activity of Office Advisory team in Colliers.

Robert was born and raised in Romania, attended Emanuel University of Oradea and joined Colliers International in 2006. Since entering the real estate services industry, he has focused his activities on consulting, research and the sale of investment properties. Robert deals with private and institutional investors and remains up-to-date on product and global and local market context.

The 15 years in Colliers Bucharest Office offered me the chance to work in several departments as Office, Industrial and Valuation as assistant, junior or senior consultant and have a general look over the business. Since 2004 I have been working within the Valuation Department as specialist in residential mortgage valuation, development land and, in the last few years, in commercial properties. I have also get specialized in accommodation and leisure assets, as hotels, restaurants and spa centers. Today, as associate director I also coordonate the internal team in different projects as training, portfolio valuations or new business lines.

Simina joined Colliers International in May 2005. She started her career as a junior broker selling new apartments in some of the first residential projects. In less than one year, she became the Project Manager of several residential projects, coordinating the sales team and advising on the sales and marketing strategy. She also provided consultancy for other new projects to be launched on the market.
During 2007-2008, Simina led the residential investment team and offered consultancy to investors interested in acquiring portfolios of apartments. She managed to sell a total of 1,300 apartments in 14 months and coordinated the sales & marketing strategy for off-plan residential projects: Central Park, Global City, Flamenco, Seasons, Green Lake, Sky City;
Simina joined the Retail Agency at the beginning of 2009, creating several retail schemes both as a Project Manager and as a Leasing Broker. Her work with the developers involved concept consultancy, market research, team coordination, and leasing strategy.
Currently, Simina is Associate Director of the Retail Agency and has an active role in establishing the strategy and the priorities of the Shopping Centers team. Simina is focused on project management, providing consultancy for future major retail schemes and negotiating with anchor tenants and medium size tenants.

Over 12 years’ worth of experience in the industrial market, and has worked both in the operational and sales side. Prior to joining Colliers International, he was head of leasing and development at P3, a developer and manager of European logistics properties. Laurentiu has also worked for seven years at FM Logistics, one of the largest logistics providers in Europe and Romania, advancing to the position of commercial manager.

In my current role, as Operations Director, I am responsible to oversee the whole company's support, that include the HR, Marketing, Financial, Administrative and Legal departments. My main responsibilities are related to defining and implementing the strategy for each department, aligned with the overall strategy and objectives of Colliers.
Before joining Colliers Romania, I had extensive experience in sales in telecommunication, working with Huawei, Samsung and Nokia as Account Manager.
