OPPORTUNITIES
Brokerage fees paid by Colliers are as high as 45%.

REFERRALS
Unique policy of referrals*: an employee successfully closing a deal is eligible to 5% of the brokerage fee. 
*A referral is client transfer between departments. The policy of referrals applies to all employees of Colliers, apart from the Managing Director and reception staff.

INTERNATIONAL
Every employee of Colliers across the globe is privileged to complete training at Colliers University. CU is more than 1,000 online training courses, summer camps in North America and Europe, a regular review of world-famous new titles and publications, TED Talks with well-known speakers and market leaders, as well as contacts with peers and exchange of experience.

LOYALTY
Trust and loyalty form the basis of Colliers’s corporate culture:
31 days of paid annual leave with average monthly salary, bonuses and commissions inclusive: as a result, you get an extra 10% of all earlier paid bonuses and commissions. 
5 days of sick leave a year, with a valid doctor’s note, at up to 100% of salary.
Healthcare provides individual voluntary medical insurance programs for employees, entitling them to services at the best medical institutions. 
The company covers the costs of mobile communication in any part of the world for its employees.
Extra days off for length of employment at the company that can be added to the annual paid leave or used at any convenient time

CARE
Colliers International pays 6 monthly salaries to female employees while on maternity leave.

Colliers’ internship programs offer a wonderful opportunity to gain experience working on real projects in close collaboration with professional consultants. By getting involved in an internship you unlock your own potential and feel part of the international team.

Internship terms:

• Duration: 6 months;
• Workload: 20-30 hours a week;
• No material remuneration envisaged;
• Flexitime and possibility to combine work with studies.

After 6 months of an internship, in the event of successful performance, a student can be offered project work in a selected department with material remuneration based on results.
