1. General Provisions 1.1. The architect belongs to the professional category, is appointed and dismissed by the order of the Managing Partner.

1.2. The architect reports to the Executive Director of the Project Management and Construction Control Department.

 

1.3. The architect is guided in his work by methodical, regulatory and guidance materials on the design, construction and operation of facilities, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, other legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation, orders and instructions of the Company's management, other documents regulating the activities of this Instruction.

1.4. The employer has the right to revise the duties of the employee in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

2. Functions 2.1. Coordination of design decisions and conditions of construction.

2.2. Implementation of guidelines for the preparation of feasibility studies and calculations, technical management of the architectural part of the projects.

2.3. Designer's supervision over the construction of the designed objects.

3.11. Carries out the development of various options to identify progressive design solutions.

3.12. It ensures the coordination of the architectural part with other sections of projects, the completeness of the necessary technical documentation, the reduction of the volume of project documents at all stages of design.
