Colliers International collects its 27th ‘golden brick’ at CRE Awards after 25 years in Russia

Colliers International won three prizes at the CRE Federal Awards 2019. The company received the important Russian real estate market titles of Consultant of the Year and Management Company of the Year. The third ‘golden brick’ was awarded to Colliers International partner Stanislav Bibik, who was named Personality of the Year. Overall, Colliers International has received 27 ‘golden bricks’ at CRE Awards during its 25 years of operating in the Russian market.

 

Saint Petersburg, 23 September 2019 – The support and closure of the biggest investment acquisition in Russia, in which St. Petersburg’s Nevsky Centre shopping mall was sold to PPF Real Estate, was one of Colliers International’s most outstanding achievements in 2018. The Colliers’ team also delivered important projects in different market segments.  

 

In the office market, Colliers International has been responsible for the majority of non-investment purchase and sale deals in 2015-2019 (59%). In St. Petersburg, the company has been the leading promoter of occupier interests for the second year in a row, having brokered over 20,000 sq m of office space in 2018. Another 11,000 sq m plus of office space was added to the company’s owner representation portfolio in St. Petersburg.

In 2018, Colliers International’s departments completed more than 100 strategic consulting projects and valuated more than 20 million sq m of real estate for Russian and overseas investors.

On 19 September 2019, Colliers was named Consultant of the Year at the PROESTATE & TOBY Awards. At the same awards, the FORUM shopping and leisure centre in Ulan- Ude under the company’s management won an award at the Retail Real Estate. Small SC. Regions. Since 2017, the number of shopping and leisure schemes managed by Colliers International in Russia has increased 2.5-fold to 23 projects in 12 cities.

In 2004-2006 I worked at Colliers International being involved in the major projects such as Grand Canyon. In 2006 I have joined Jones Lang LaSalle. Being responsible for the project marketing and leasing, I was the main broker of the SEC Gallery project (St. Petersburg) where more than 100 transactions were closed with my participation. In addition, I participated in Leto shopping center project and coordinated the Piterland project.

In May of 2011 I continued the career at Colliers International and expanded the company’s portfolio with new projects. I have built one of the greatest retail team on the Russian market. I also personally closed about 500 deals as a broker.

Since 2013 I am in charge of Retail Real Estate Departments in Moscow and St. Petersburg. My expertise includes retail property contracts, concept development and leasing shopping centers, cooperation with major international and federal tenants and developers.

Currently, I am managing the following key projects:
