Joachim started in the Real Estate industry in 2000 at NCC Property Development in Gothenburg. 2011 he joined Colliers and the Capital Markets Team and since 2017 he's responsible for our office in Gothenburg and a member of the Management Team . The interest in Real Estate, and deals in particular, led Joachim to switch to the consulting side in 2004. During all these years, Joachim has mainly worked with transactions in Gothenburg but also across the country together with both national and international customers. No deals have been too small or too big. All deals are unique in terms of different properties, location, customer and size.
Joakim joined Colliers as an Associate Director in 2014. His area of expertise is within Investment services and Commercial real estate transactions. Joakim manages transactions in the following segments; retail, office, industrial, logistics, residential and community services. Joakim previously worked as an analyst at both NAI Svefa and Colliers.
Henrik have worked in the Real Estate business since 2002 and joined Colliers and the Capital Markets Team during 2019 as Associate Director. Previously Henrik worked for DTZ, Newsec and Cushman&Wakefield. Henrik has great experience in managing large as well as smaller transaction assignments for residential, land, industrial & logistics.
Mattias has worked with Real Estate transactions in Sweden since 2007 and joined the Colliers Internationals Capital Markets team in 2017. Prior to joining Colliers Mattias worked 10 years with Real Estate transactions at Öhlin & Fellinger.
Mattias responsibilities includes valueation, structuring and execution of property sale processes, commercial due diligence, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and transaction coordination in order to ensure a successfull transaction.
Sofia Folstad joined Colliers as a Associate Director within Capital Markets in spring 2017. She has extensive experience from the Real Estate industry and the Financial sector within areas such as Capital Markets, Investment, Transaction, Valuation, Brokerage and Financing. She primarily manages transactions in the following segments; community services, student housing, retail, office, industrial, logistics and residential.
Jack joined the Colliers Capital Markets team in June 2019. Before joining Colliers he was a student at the Royal Institute of Technology. His Master Thesis was written in collaboration with Toolgate, during which he studied the investment grant for rental apartments from an economical and housing policy perspective. During his last few years at the Royal Institute of Technology he was a part-time analyst in the Asset Management division of Möller & Partners.
Studied economics/finance at Stockholm University and joined Colliers as an Analyst in 2017.
