I have more than 27 years of experience from commercial real estate in both constructing and consulting. I joined Colliers in 2001 and has been Office leasing Manager and Business Development Manager. Since 2009 I am the CEO of Colliers in Sweden. I have great experience in complex projects and transaction deals.
Been active in the property market since Jan 2005, started with a 2 year international traineeship at CBRE. During 2 years I learned different markets and different departments, Corporate solutions in London, valuation in Berlin and capital markets in Madrid. Since 2007 I’ve been active in the Swedish property market except for a month in New York at CBRE Capital Markets. Main focus has been commercial assets specialized in retail. After 10 years with CBRE I decided to learn more about the property owner side.
From March 2015 I joined ICA Fastigheter AB, the market leader in grocery properties with ICA as main tenant, where I acquired several properties in the logistic, industrial and office segment with the ad value to change the detail development plan to retail in the future.
Mattias worked with real estate transactions in Sweden since 2007 and joined the Colliers Internationals Capital Markets team in 2017. Prior to joining Colliers Mattias worked 10 years with real estate transactions at Öhlin & Fellinger.
Mattias responsibilities includes valueation, structuring and execution of property sale processes, commercial due diligence, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and transaction coordination in order to ensure a successfull transaction.
Sofia Folstad joined Colliers as a Associate Director within Capital Markets in spring 2017. She has extensive experience from the Real Estate industry and the Financial sector within areas such as Capital Markets, Investment, Transaction, Valuation, Brokerage and Financing. She primarily manages transactions in the following segments; community services, student housing, retail, office, industrial, logistics and residential.

Started my real estate career working with valuations at Svefa. My excellence was project land in different stages. In April 2017 i joined Colliers as an Analyst within Capital Markets. I was promoted in October 2018 to Associate which is my current title. I project lead smaller project and assist in larger projects, both regarding acquisition advise and sales advice. I am also responsible for the majority of the valuations. I parallel with work I am doing the RICS studies to become a certified RICS valuer.

- Developed and implemented a commercial leasing action plan, which lead to increased customer value and rental income of Grand Central Station Stockholm.

Maria Lilliehöök is Head of Marketing and joined Colliers in 2016. She is responsible for the overall marketing and communication both external and internal as well as for managing the Swedish marketing team. Maria is a member of the Swedish management team and report to Swedish CEO Dan Törnsten. She has nine years’ experience in leading marketing roles within the Real Estate industry, focused on Real Estate Services and Commersial Real Estate Management.
As Graphic Designer at Colliers International, Tim is the project manager for all marketing communications in the Investment Services area - with associated Transaction, Transformation & New Production. It means that he is responsible for ensuring that all market materials in the business area are attractive, updated and based on our key values (service, expertise, joy and community).
As a marketing coordinator, he is responsible for initiating and running project meetings (regarding marketing communications), setting deadlines, sharing responsibilities between colleagues, and contacting suppliers, such as photographers, printers, etc.
He is responsible for our communication following Collier's graphic manuals and positioning. This means that he works as a specialist in project groups when his colleagues in the marketing team needs material.
I was employed by Colliers International in the fall of 2007. Since then I have been working as receptionist and office administrator. A part from operating the switchboard and taking care of clients, I am organising the companies conferences, events, managing business trips and dealing with facility suppliers.
During the years I have also been assisting our finanial manager doing account distribution and invoicing and later on I assisted our property management team with bookkeeping invoices.
Since 2019 I have expanded my role working as Marketing Coordinator.
