I have over 25 years of industry experience in the management of malls, commercial, industrial and residential properties. Being an Internationally Acrredited Shopping Centre Manager (ASM) by the International Council of Shopping Centres (New York), gives me the depth and breadth of how shopping malls operate. My current passion embraces technology and how they can be used to optimize our limited resources and efficiently operate the business.
Over the course of my career I have had the opportunity to work with major retail landlords such as Raffles Quay Asset Management, Pidemco Land and Frasers Centrepoint to name a few. These opportunities had crafted my career pathway to becoming a professional mall manager.
Upon my joining Colliers in Aug 2018, I took over the leasing and tenancy management business unit under our Real Estate Management Services.
I started to oversee SLA's contract for the leasing and maintenance of 183 good class B&W bungalows. Within one year, we have acheived up to 90% occupancy; a jump of about 15%. In the same year, we clinched the SCAPE and STARS OF KOVAN for retail tenancy management appointments.
Our business unit has the capability to provide retail and commercial tenancy management and leasing services (landlord representation) and we welcome any enquiries.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (Building) degree from the National University of Singapore. I am also an internationally accredited shopping centre manager certified by the International Council of Shopping Centres, as well as a Green Mark Manager certified by the Building Construction Authority (BCA).
