A total of 9,522 m2 of land with warehouse area of 3,339 m2 and offİce space of 1,071 m2 is sold to Çelikel Aluminyum Döküm İmalat San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. Company at 2019.

Colliers International Turkey, designated as the exclusive representative of Havi Lojistik Ticaret Ltd.Şti. for the sale of land and industrial plants in Çayırova IZMIT, has successfully completed the sale of real estate.

The property consists of 5.451 m2 closed area, 886 m2 office space, 967 m2 loading space, 1.151 m2 freezing space and 527 m2 cold air space is sold in 2015.

Fiba Holding has acquired one of Eroğlu Group’s latest development projects in Kağıthane, İstanbul. Ofishane, a new retail/office mixed use project, with 21,124 sq.m. of A class office space was recently sold under Colliers International’s co-exclusive landlord representation mandate. During the course of an 15 month exclusive marketing process, Ofishane was introduced to Fiba as an alternative for relocating some of the holding’s subsidiary businesses, such as Fibabanka, their banking arm, and Girişim Varlık, an asset management company. 

Fiba also chose to buy Ofishane as an investment since 12,422 sq.m. of retail area within the project is already leased long term by Bauhaus, a DYI operator.

The building’s construction was completed by Eroğlu Holding and it is delivered to Fiba upon the closing of the transaction in October 2013. The office tower in the project provides, circa 1,200 employees, with an employee canteen and modern A class office space in 12 floors.
 
Ofishane
Colliers International is proud to be the exclusive representative of Torunlar REIT, in the leasing of Torun Tower, to Denizbank, which is one of the leading institutions of the Turkish banking sector.
The transaction, which consists of 60,023 sq.m. of rentable A class office space in total, represents the largest ever office lease recorded in Turkey. 
Torun Tower is a new A class office project, which is located in CBD of Istanbul, with 65,600 sq.m. office space spread to 35 floors, completed in June 2014.
